Eligibility for Returns/Exchange:
1. Time Frame:
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- Exchange is allowed twice per order within a 30-day period.
2. Condition of Items:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must have all tags attached and be in their original packaging.
- All items such as trails, neck pieces, or any other accessories or freebies must be included.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked with FINAL SALE, gift cards, customized items, Luxe Collection pieces, and international orders cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any clothing piece that has been customised in size, colour, or any other specifications.
4. Right to Refuse Returns:
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if they are found to be unfair or unreasonable.
Return/Exchange Process:
1. Request a Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@wobblywalk.com or WhatsApp us at 882-666-1012 with your order number and reason for return.
2. Pickup Instructions:
- Our team will schedule a free pickup from your location.
- Reverse pickup will be done from the shipping address provided while placing the order.
- Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- Keep the return pickup receipt.
- If pickup service is not available at your location or if our courier partner is unable to collect the parcel from your place, you will need to ship the parcel yourself. We will reimburse the shipping cost up to Rs. 250 upon receiving the original receipt.
3. Inspection:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund/exchange.
4. Processing Time:
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- For COD orders, bank details are required for processing the refund.
5. Rejected Returns/exchange:
- If the item is not returned in its original condition or if the return is rejected for any reason, the item will be returned to the original shipping address.
B. Missing, Damaged, or Wrong Items
- If your merchandise arrives missing, damaged, or incorrect, please email us a photo of the damaged product along with the order id and Bar Code within 48 hours of receiving your order.
C. Colour Difference
- Please note that the colour of items may vary slightly from what you see on our website due to professional lighting during product shoots.
D. International Orders/Orders Shipped outside India
- Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Read our International Shipping & Return policy.
E. Luxe Collection:
- The Luxe Collection is made to order, and as such, items from this collection are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- You are eligible for free alterations within 7 days of receiving your Luxe Collection item. (Alterations must be requested within 7 days of delivery)
- Alterations are limited to the garment's sizing (e.g., length, waist, bust) and are subject to the design and construction of the garment. Customizations like fabric changes, increase in size, length or style modifications are not possible. We recommend reviewing your garment promptly upon arrival to request any alterations within the 7-day window.
F. Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. A refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original source of payment (credit card, net banking, or debit card account).
- After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstance, including unexpected delays, change of mind, color mismatch, exchange for size, or sudden cancellations.
G. Undelivered Products:
- If your product has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Any undelivered items reported after this period may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
