At Wobbly Walk, we offer multiple payment options to make payments easy for our customers. Our payment gateway uses 128-bit encryption technology to encrypt all of your sensitive information. Hence, every transaction you perform at Wobbly Walk is 100% safe and secure. Here are the payment methods we offer are:

Cash on Delivery (COD): We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders nationwide. For COD orders, please have cash ready at the time of delivery.

Credit Cards: We accept payments made via MasterCard, Visa, and AMEX credit cards issued in India. To pay using your credit card, all you need to do is enter your card number, expiry date, and CVV – a three-digit number found on the backside of your credit card. After entering all these details, you will be automatically redirected to your bank's secure page. After that, you'll be asked to enter your online 3D secure password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment process.

Debit Cards: The Debit card options available are Visa, Master, and Maestro debit cards issued in India. You'll have to follow the same procedure mentioned above to pay using a Debit Card.

Net Banking: For your convenience, we also accept payments through Internet Banking for almost all the prominent banks of India, including Axis, HDFC, ICICI, Kotak, CITI Bank, and SBI. To make a payment via Net Banking, you'll need to enter your username and password during the checkout. Additionally, you can also transfer your payment directly into our account using the Net Banking facility. Below are the details of our account:

Refund of Payment: In the case of a return or cancellation, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Prepaid Only for Customised, Luxe Collection & International Orders: Please note that Customised products, Luxe collection products, and International orders require full pre-payment before order confirmation. These items and orders are either specially curated or involve international shipping, so we do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for these purchases. Payments for these products can be made via Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, or any other prepaid method listed above.
