You can try these home or natural remedies to handle nausea and vomiting:
- Eat bland, easy-to-digest solids like Bananas🍌, toast🍞, rice🍚, and applesauce
- Ginger- numerous studies have shown that ginger really does reduce nausea and vomiting in pregnancy. You can try ginger tea, ginger candies, ginger biscuits or crystallized ginger
- Eat small, frequent meals
- Vitamin B6-Try 25 mg of vitamin B6, three times a day, in addition to your prenatal vitamins
- Stay hydrated: Try to drink 8 to 12 cups (64 to 96 ounces) of water every day
